Smaller merchandise with
the exception of pool cleaners:
All merchandise damaged in shipment can be returned for exchange. If a
product is broken due to factory defect it can be returned. In
order to make a return you must contact customer service to receive a
return authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee on all
undamaged returned items. For an item to be returned it needs to be
in new condition. Items must be in resalable condition
based on a factory inspection by Fire the Pool Man.com to qualify
for any refund. Handling fees are not refundable.
Special Order and Drop
Ship Item: We make every effort to keep all items on our site
in stock. If an item needs to be special ordered or drop shipped from
the manufacturer, it is non returnable unless it is broken in shipment.
Pool Cleaners: Pool
Cleaners are non returnable unless they are broken in shipment.
Electronics Boards:
are non returnable unless they are broken in shipment.
Larger Items:
Items such as heaters, or items weighing over 100lbs. do not qualify for
return. If the item has factory defect, any replacement or repair will
be handled through the manufacturer directly as a warranty claim. These
items are non returnable.
Some items rely on the
performance of your existing pool pressure to provide optimum
performance. We suggest that you check the pressure of your pool and
consult the owner's manual for some products before making your
purchase. This is particularly critical for pressure automatic pool cleaners that
rely on your pools filtering system to power them when as clean your
pool. Pool Cleaners are not returnable unless they are damaged in
shipment.

If you receive a product that
was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service.
In order for any item to be
returned, it must bet reported and have an RMA approved by FTPM within
30 days of its shipment.
